They've decided to send them to America. Apart from closing the program completely I think they have done plenty to make sure as few PLEX get diverted to charity.
Maybe you want to add in some Botting For PLEX For Good hysteria to go with it?
Though frankly I agree, there are far too many ways to donate money to charity. Even once you donate to CCP they're only going to donate to another charity. Somebody has to pay for all these middle men, charity is really big business these days. At least CCP don't seem to be running a clandestine Christian charity, they're about the worst kind these days.

CCP Navigator is unhappy with PLEX spam threads.
Perhaps in the future he could get CCP to stop starting PLEX spam threads so we didn't have to any reason to keep spamming PLEX threads.
Poor 'ickle sausage.

So if PLEX cost 100 trillion isk to buy would this cancel out RMT completely, or would it drive people by the thousand to alternative ISK sellers than CCP?

If you could not generate enough ISK in game in a 30 day PLEX period to buy another PLEX then quickly nobody could ever buy PLEX because it would be a completely unsustainable product with no possible means of purchasing in game and therefore no reason for anybody to pay actually money to generate one to try and sell.
So 100 trillion PLEX can generate more than 100 trillion ISK in 30 days, so therefore the RMT companies can always undercut PLEX prices, so therefore your point is invalid as it has no possible long term basis in reality. It can happen, but only until everybody has ran out of ISK.
